Ultimo Wooden Gazebo - Gerrards Cross, Buckinghamshire

The owner of this large property in Gerrards Cross contacted us with a need to add a covered seating area within the courtyard section of their garden. As such after learning more about the customer requirements we were able to offer help and advice to find the right option to suit their needs.

Customer Requirements

A need for a large rectangular timber gazebo with open sides
A low maintenance design is essential
The ability to provide seating space at one end and cover for the BBQ at the other
The chosen design should have an aesthetically pleasing appearance
Durable roof covering as the location for installation is underneath large trees and backs onto a fence

Solution

After getting a better understanding of the sort of structure the customer was looking for we were able to offer several designs that would fit the space, budget and requirements. On offer were the Grande, Superior and Ultimo wooden garden gazebos. These were chosen because they have a rectangular shape making them ideal locating against a fence and can be split into 2 areas therefore allowing the maximum level of functionality to the space.

As you can see from the pictures, space is not an issue so after a bit of quick measuring on the customer`s part it was felt that the best and most suitable option was the Ultimo design. To tie in with the surrounding property the customer also chose red felt roof shingles. To ensure the gazebo remains rigid a set of 6 x bolt down anchors were also specified.
