• Possible Modifications: You can customise the Syros Larch Gazebo to fulfil your requirements when you order it. Buyers often add timber boards onto the support posts to create a fully enclosed space.
• Treatment: Larch is a very hardy, durable and versatile timber. A natural oil produced by the tree is released into the pores of the Larch; this permeates deep into the grain of the wood to make it even harder and stronger. For this reason, Larch needs no special treatment. However, we recommend applying a clear treatment if you value originality and want to keep it that way. Alternatively, other finishes can be used to paint the timber another colour.
• Roof Covering: We always recommend that high-quality felt shingles are used when you want to provide high visual appeal. Compared to standard roofing felt, the durability and appearance of the canopy are greatly enhanced.
