Really good product

We are really pleased with our Latina Pergola. The ordering and delivery was excellent, full marks to the delivery driver as we were not in at time of delivery but this was not a problem. the assembly was relatively easy once we worked out which way round things went. One thing I will say is make sure you have a solid and secure footing as this makes a huge difference to this product

Product arrived in badly damaged box.
Driver made a note.
On inspection when checking parts all four foot plates were missing.
Rowlinsons sent a replacement set after 7 days.
On erecting a dent was found in one support leg and in one cross brace.
A couple of small bolts and plastic caps were missing.
Sliding roof sticks on opening and string tangles easily.

Nicely designed pergola and when erected provides a great outdoor space. Wonderful for keeping the sun off the grandchildren. I would not advise assembly by non DIY equipped and experienced persons. I needed to drill holes that were in the correct place, file off burrs, tap holes where the thread was missing and bend the centre beam mounting brackets. The instructions would be perfect if the parts themselves had been numbered to match. This is a well known issue and could have been easily corrected. Take your time to go through the parts and label them yourself - you will not regret this. On the good side no parts were missing. In fact there were parts that were not listed in the instructions, some are needed for assembly, some not. In spite of the above I would recommend this product.
