Here at Gazebo Direct we have tried to keep the ordering process as simple as possible. Through the use of an easy to navigate online shop, the implementation of a transparent pricing policy and secure payment section we are sure that your shopping experience will be a pleasurable one. If you are unsure about any of the information detailed within this website, or need help and advice please fill in our enquiry form and we will be on hand to provide assistance.




To place an order, add the required product to your basket then proceed to the shopping basket. From there, simply fill in your details, click the "CHECK OUT" button and follow the detailed steps to complete your order. Once received, we will email you a link to an online invoice so you can make a payment via our secure card processor.

Please note that all payments must be made in full before we can process any orders. We are able to accept the following forms of secure payment;

  • Visa Credit or Debit Cards
  • Visa Electron
  • Mastercard Credit or Debit Cards
  • Paypal
  • BACS (bank transfer)



Order Cancellations

If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to the goods being dispatched we will issue you with a refund in full. Consequently, in all instances if you need to cancel an order once the goods have been dispatched from the supplier you must bear the cost of returning the items.

Made to order items and bespoke products cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.




Whilst we have every confidence that the products we sell will exceed your expectations there may be times that you need to return something to us. As such, in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (where you are acting as a consumer and not a business) you have a period of 14 days from the day of delivery in which you can inform us (in writing) of the wish to cancel your order (the goods must not have been assembled or modified in any way). After this time we do not accept returns for unwanted items.

Orders placed as part of a business to business transaction cannot be returned once delivery has been made.



How to Return an Item

If you wish to return something that you have purchased you must first contact us with your order number so we can confirm this with you. In some instances we can arrange for collection of garden strucutres (this would be at your expense and would be deducted from any refund due) however larger and heavier items that are initially delivered via articulated wagon cannot be collected by us and will require you to source a suitable haulier yourself (if you choose to do this contact us to obtain a return address for our supplier).
